Cancellation Policy

If a guest cancels a confirmed booking with more than 30 days’ notice, a $100 cancellation fee applies, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account.
If a guest cancels a confirmed booking between 30 days & 8 days, you will receive 50% of your money.
Guest may change their dates with no penalties if we have been notified within 30 days of check-in.
A credit note will be issued and must be used within 1 year of receiving the credit note.
Please note that changing booking dates may incur different rates, and therefore rates may have gone up or down.
If a guest cancels a confirmed booking with 7 days or less notice, there is NO REFUND.
No Shows—no refunds. Guests who reduce the length of stay once in the apartment will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid.
If the property changes hands, you will be notified immediately. If the new owners decide not to rent the premises, your total money will be refunded.
