Cancellation Policy
- If a guest cancels a confirmed booking with more than 30 days’ notice, a $100 cancellation fee applies, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account.
- If a guest cancels a confirmed booking between 30 days & 8 days, you will receive 50% of your money.
- Guest may change their dates with no penalties if we have been notified within 30 days of check-in.
- A credit note will be issued and must be used within 1 year of receiving the credit note.
- Please note that changing booking dates may incur different rates, and therefore rates may have gone up or down.
- If a guest cancels a confirmed booking with 7 days or less notice, there is NO REFUND.
No Shows—no refunds. Guests who reduce the length of stay once in the apartment will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid.
- If the property changes hands, you will be notified immediately. If the new owners decide not to rent the premises, your total money will be refunded.
