Due to COVID-19, if the Australian Government restricts your access to our apartment, dates can be modified or cancelled.

If you prefer to cancel due to COVID-19, but the Government still allows access to Kingscliff, a Fee of $50 admin fee is deducted from your money, not including any credit card fees.

You must cancel 7 days prior to the check-in date.

Within 7 days period, you will receive a 50% refund.

Other than COVID-19 Cancellations

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.

Prior to 30 days, an admin fee of $50 is deducted from your deposit. The rest of the deposit, not including any credit card fees will be refunded to you.

NO show – NO Refund

Guest who reduce the length of stay once in the apartment will not receive a refund on the nights booked & paid.

There are no penalties if needing to change the dates of your booking, however, if the prices are higher, the guest will need to pay the difference.
