The luxury 1-bedroom apartment consists of a king bed, a bathroom including a spa bath, a lounge room, a kitchen, a dining area, laundry facilities, and an outdoor patio. The suite is fully equipped, including beach towels and free Wi-Fi. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy a cocktail or two. Walk across the road and enjoy a variety of restaurants, or head to the Salt Bar. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are great pathways to walk or cycle to Cabarita. Byron Bay is approximately 35 minutes away. Book yourself into The Spa for a relaxing massage or facial.

Cancellation Policy

* If a guest cancels a confirmed booking with more than 30 days' notice, a $100 cancellation fee applies, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account.
* If a guest cancels a confirmed booking between 30 days & 8 days, you will receive 50% of your money.
* A Guest may change their dates with no penalties if we have been notified within 30 days of check-in.
* A credit note will be issued and must be used within 1 year of receiving the credit note.
* Please note, that changing dates of bookings may incur different rates, and therefore rates may have gone up or down.
* If a guest cancels a confirmed booking with 7 days or less notice, there is NO REFUND.
No Shows - NO REFUNDS. Guests who reduce the length of stay once in the apartment will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid.
* If the property changes hands, you will be notified immediately. If the new owners decide not to rent the premises, your total deposit will be refunded.

Deposit Policy

A security deposit of $200 will be required. This bond will then be returned to you within 7 days of departure once the apartment has been checked by our staff.
Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay will be charged accordingly.
Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning, due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state will be charged from $50. There is a no smoking policy. If there is evidence of smoking, you will lose your $200

For our stay of a week, - two person - Sue's apartment was perfect. The apartment location in the complex is super. Only a few steps to the pool with private access. No swipe card needed. The little veranda is private yet not closed in.
Undercover parking is secure and easily accessible with a lift. Otherwise, no steps to the apartment.
Nice place, not cluttered and spotless clean.
Sue supplied per email a fact sheet. All info on one 4A sheet of paper was a great help.

An excellent stay in a beautiful location. Sue’s communication was 10/10. The unit was exactly as described and stocked exceptionally for our stay, all of the little things had been thought of, down to books and games. We will be back and highly recommend this property.

It was great to stay at peppers walking out to the pool. Sue was a great host with great communication, the apartments are immaculate and have everything you need. We have a 5-month baby and it was so lovely to relax and conveniently located on the ground floor. Thank you. We will stay again.

The location of the property is perfect. Restaurants, beaches, shops are all within walking distance, and if you want to adventure further just hire a bike. The apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need and more. The ground floor location right by the pool is extremely convenient also. I will definitely be returning to Sue’s place in the near future.

My partner and I have just spent 10 days at Sue’s apartment and could not fault a thing, so many extras that are not usually included in holiday units, it was exceptionally clean and the best spot in the Peppers complex looking over lagoon pool at ground level so you can walk straight into the pool area. Walk to the beach in a few minutes and plenty of restaurants and supermarket within the salt village so no need to get the car out would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a getaway.
