My husband and I have stayed in this apartment a few times now. We continue to return because of the quality of the accommodation and the efficient and supportive administration Sue offers. The apartment has all of the holiday essentials anyone would require plus a few other thoughtful additions to make our stay that much better. The location of the apartment is great. It has beautiful pools, the ocean at your back door and a range of restaurants to choose from only 5 minutes walk away. We enjoy the walking pathways that provide easy strolls or longer serious walks surrounded by beauty. Essentially a great holiday destination. Highly recommend. Thank you again, Sue.
We had a great time in Sue's apartment, the location was perfect, access to pool and amenities was fantastic! The apartment is so clean, and all the little conveniences have been catered for. Thanks again Sue, next time we come to Kingscliff we will only be booking with you!

I can only highly recommend Sue’s holiday apartment. My husband and I spent 6 nights there and have only just returned. It was our second stay at the apartment and we booked after our daughter recommended it after their family holiday there earlier. They loved it so much and so did we! Sue has everything just perfect and anyone would be pleased with the level of cleanliness and comfort touches that are provided. Added to this is the great location, beautiful pool, restaurants to stroll to and of course the ocean just out the back gate. My only regret in writing this review is that it will see my future bookings that much harder to find. Thanks again, Sue
Went away with friends for a weekend and this place blew me away… Your first impression always last and this place is on my forever list- if you want a romantic weekend away, family holidays or time away with friends Sue has made this place perfect for everyone. It’s the little touches like kids games, DVDs, water bottles in the fridge, clean comfortable beds and bedding, space for everyone… We had both rooms, the 1 bedroom Spa has full kitchenette, spa bath, dining and lounge room with washing facilities to top it off, the other room has beds and bathroom perfect little hotel room… both rooms have access to outside which is on ground level and access to the sand beachfront pool what more could you ask for I hear you say well Sue’s property is at peppers so you have the use of the amenities Gym, pools, Day spa, and included is parking… A short walk outside the hotel and you have the beach, cafes and a playground… I can only say book this little hidden gem 💎 for your next stay as you may miss out Sue’s place is filling up fast- you won’t regret it…

The location of the property is perfect. Restaurants, beaches, shops are all within walking distance, and if you want to adventure further just hire a bike. The apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need and more. The ground floor location right by the pool is extremely convenient also. I will definitely be returning to Sue’s place in the near future.
Just spent 5 nights in Sue's fabulous apartment to celebrate our daughters birthdays. Such a lovely surprise to find champagne & 30th balloon on our arrival - so thoughtful & much appreciated.
Great location on the pool deck, just a few steps out the gate & you're in the beautiful lagoon pool. We sipped many cocktails by the pool or on our private terrace overlooking the pool.
The apartment was very clean, spacious & so well set up with a large supply of all you could possibly need.
Very convenient to have Salt Village just a short walk, we ate at several of the restaurants - they were all really good but the pub had the best food would highly recommend!

My partner and I have just spent 10 days at Sue’s apartment and could not fault a thing, so many extras that are not usually included in holiday units , it was exceptionally clean and the best spot in the Peppers complex looking over lagoon pool at ground level so you can walk straight into pool area. Walk to beach in a few minutes and plenty of restaurants and supermarket within salt village so no need to get car out , would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a getaway .

We have just come back from a fantastic holiday at Sue's apartment. It really is in one of the best locations within Peppers. Plenty of space for a our family of 5. Salt Village nearby is super convenient as well. Highly recommend. Thank you Sue!
We had a fabulous time at the apartment. It was spacious and clean with all amenities provided. Perfect location overlooking the Lagoon pool at Peppers Resort. Easy walk to local shops/restaurants/patrolled beach. Our teenage children loved it also with the extras like Wii and DVD's provided. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect family holiday location. Close to the surf beach, small range of shops with trendy restaurants and coffee spots. Easy to use bus system if you don't have a car. Clean and spacious apartment. Ground floor pool side. It felt quite luxurious.
The most perfect family holiday destination with two young boys! The apartment is ideal for a young family and was well equipped and clean. Easy access to pool and beach, bike hire and river sports. Short drive to the worlds! Overall a very relaxing setup and we will definitely come again!

We holiday at this apartment a couple of times a year as there's no place we'd rather be! The ground floor, pool-side location is great for kids and the extra touches (dvds, toys, games, books etc) make for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay for all the family.
Great Property and location.
We loved our stay and really appreciated the little extras in the unit, like toys and books for the kids. Sue also left us a cake for my wife as I mentioned we were going for her birthday. We felt this was such a nice touch and showed us how thoughtful the owners were.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. We'll be back!

January 2015 holidays at Relax Rest & Return Kingscliff. One of the best places we've stayed at!! Everything at your fingertips. It was sooooo relaxing, I read an entire book in front of the pool.
And somehow we preferred Kingscliff to Byron Bay!!
